Business Mentorship is Personal

4Vision is the gift of insight, do you see what I see?

A mentorship relationship is developmental and really requires not only the substance one has acquired along the way but also the right connection on a personal level.  It is important to meet on common ground where you can get to know each other better both professionally and personally.  Mentors also help you with the gifts of insight, to see things about the skills, job or about yourself that you do not see.  The gift of sight that requires the kind of experience and a deeper understanding you can only get from experience.

You know when you have met the mentor for you, it just seems they know you better than you know yourself, it is a place where trust and love are present.
