A weekend of bonding, laughter and fun adventures for mom’s and daughter’s together, a wonderful family time. Arrive Friday evening, relax and learn to create Kombucha tea together, sit by the bonfire and enjoy the night stars!

Other activities such as  yoga, nature walks, massage and create spirit art gifts, spa time,  photo’s in the forest, special mother/daughter intuitive spiritual readings and relationship coaching available.

The Outdoor Center in the Paradise Valley is home to the wild Cheakamus River, eagles, many bird and animal species, beautiful old growth forests, hiking trails in the peace and serenity of nature.

Mother’s and Daughter’s will share laughter in nature and beautiful new memories that will enhance their lives together.  Strengthen bond, receive the gifts of the mother, heal the feminine with ritual, appreciation and to love unconditionally.  By the end of the retreat new friendships are formed, health is restored, and participants leave with new and exciting ways to take better care of each other.  Spend Mom & Daughter quality time to nourish your energy where magical moments happen and enjoy the circle of other women.

The accommodations, meals, yoga and activities are all included, (extra activities priced separately are optional) we require a minimum 20 people and the conference center can accommodate a maximum of 40 people.  Each room contains two single beds bunk style with a sink in each room, Mother’s and Daughter’s will share a room together, full showers and bathrooms are shared in the conference room.  If there is more than one daughter we can make room arrangements for extra daughters, mothers or grandmothers just ask and we will be sure to accommodate as best we can.  The conference space, living area and private lounging rooms are open and available for reading, relaxing.

Activities are scheduled to enhance your weekend, and to provide some tools and memories to take home with you..  Your participation is up to you.  This is your time and we encourage you to do what feels best for you!

What to bring: Bedding, pillows, flash lights, yoga mats, personal toiletries, soap, shampoo and towels, appropriate clothing for weather and shoes for hiking.

ITINERARY

Friday April 26th: Arrival 7pm

Getting acquainted, meet, greet and tea 7pm

Centering meditation with peace flame candle ritual – 730pm

Kombucha Tea Making Workshop 8pm – Mother’s and daughters will learn to start their own batch of Kombucha Tea to take home, different flavours such as ginger, lemon and mint

Sacred spa- Daughters will give the gift of a special sea salt foot bath spa for the mother’s before turning into bed.

Centering Meditation with Candlelight – 8am

Breakfast- 8:30 am

Yoga – 10am – 11am

Free time – recommended nature walks, labyrinth walking, beach combing, site seeing along the Cheakamus River and relaxing.

Picnic Lunch (weather permitting)- 12:30 pm

Spirit art, talks, bonding activities, stretch it out

Intuitive readings & coaching (extra costs)

Chair massage available from 2pm to 4pm $20 covers back, neck and shoulders, melting away any tension by Heather Donaldson

Afternoon Tea- 3:30pm

– Working with stones and creating jewellery with special spiritual meanings, unique to each mother and daughter

– Mothers and daughters will learn healing hand activities to strengthen the power of love and our feminine energy.

EFT Workshop Free (optional)

Join in for a complimentary session with Heather Donaldson for a EFT (emotional freedom technique) which powerfully combines gentle tapping on 8 key meridian points in upper torso with tuning in to what delights you. Both mothers and daughters invited to share. Learn how to dissolve the tensions felt in reaction to your communications and find more compassionate ways to respond….
