One on One coaching meetings begin with a 90 minute visit, we get to know each other in the first 30minutes, this 30 minutes is free on the first visit.  If you are happy with the results and benefits and want to continue, then we move right into a one hour coaching meeting or set up a schedule for future meetings.

Organizational or Group Coaching meetings begin with a one hour consultation and relationship meeting on the first visit to provide an overview of the organizational needs with this larger picture we focus on the best leadership path for coaching.

All plans for future meetings and fees are discussed and arranged in our initial meeting.  Thank you
